A couple (Quaid, Stone) and their son (Wilson) and daughter (Stewart) relocate from the city to the country, where they discover that their dream home, a sprawling farmhouse, is more of a nightmare, as the previous owner (Dorff) returns from prison... and wants his home back. Badly.

Sounds like Panic Room meets Cape Fear - and it even has an older Juliette Lewis to add to the frisson of familiarity. Stone and Quaid are A- list acting choppers too. Could be a blast.
