Based on Stephen King’s best-selling novel about four young friends who perform a heroic act. This changes them forever with uncanny powers gained in return. Steven King's movie adaptations can be a bit hit and miss. from the creepy Carrie through to the soggy Heart of Atlantis. This sounds like a cross between two of his most successful Stand By Me and Needful Things.
