Story
of three estranged sisters who are brought back together
again in their small Nova Scotia hometown to care for
their dying mother (McNeil) when the middle child, Agnes
(Parker) comes back home after long ago moving to Toronto,
much to the distaste of her older, divorced and bitter
sister Theresa and her slacker little sister, Louise.
