Fangs ain't what they used to be in the demon world since Buffy The TV Series took bite. Can Underworld up the ante on humour, babes, dialogue, and creeps established by the great Josh Weedon? Hope so, cos Beckinsale is a damn fine actor who managed to emerge from the loud n dumb Pearl Harbor with her rep intact. She deserves a smash.
